Ninja classes challenge kids to move with power and precision. Using bars, walls, blocks, and mats, athletes train speed, balance, upper-body strength, and safe landings. Skills grow weekly—from vaults and climbs to transitions and flow drills. Perfect for kids who thrive on movement and challenge.
What you will learn?
- Climbing obstacles: Rope jungle, cargo net

Frequently asked questions
Students start with a 5 minute warm up game, then a 5 minute stretch. After that, classes will do three 15-minute rotations, rotating from the Ninja Zone, to the ninja obstacle course (made of mats), and the pit & tramp area
Leotards, shorts, sweats, or leggings, and a T-shirt without zippers, buttons, or any ornamentation that may injure a student or coach. Hair must be pulled up and securely away from the face. Appropriate attire is required with no midriff showing. Students should also bring a labeled water bottle
No – students will use bare feet on the ninja & gymnastics equipment
No – ninja classes include time in the Ninja Zone, on the ninja obstacle course (made of mats), and the pit & tramp area
