This invite-only program is designed for young athletes who have been consistently enrolled, developed strong fundamentals, and demonstrated advanced listening skills. Gymnasts build upon their existing strength and focus, progressing their skills and readiness for advanced challenges.
What skills you will learn?
- Perform handstand flatbacks and bridge kickovers down a mat with control
- Practice pullovers, casts, and levers on bars
- Walk confidently and hold lever poses on a high beam
- Build control with cartwheels, vertical handstands, and backward rolls
Prerequisites
- Run and jump from a springboard to a mat with control
- Perform pullovers and forward rolls on bars
- Walk confidently across a medium-height beam
- Demonstrate cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, bridges, and general safety awareness

You & your student are more than welcome to come to the front desk to ask about your student’s scores! We keep track of their skill progressions through a star system to help us know when each student is ready to move up to the next level.
Not at all! In our gymnastics classes, it’s completely normal for kids to be stronger in some events than others – we switch up our lesson plans every month & our coaches are great at keeping every child engaged and challenged.
(Advanced Junior – Level 3): Classes begin with a 10 minute warm up game & a 5 minutes stretch. After that, classes will do two 20 minute rotations that switch off every week (either Bars & Vault OR Beam & Floor)
No, We offer challenging and active lesson plans to keep your child interested and engaged.
Give us a call & we can set up an evaluation to see where your student fits best into our curriculum. Evaluations are about 15 minutes, one – on – one with a coach. Evaluations scheduled with the front desk.
Leotards, shorts, sweats, or leggings, and a T-shirt without zippers, buttons, or any ornamentation that may injure a student or coach. Hair must be pulled up and securely away from the face. Appropriate attire is required with no midriff showing. Students should also bring a labeled water bottle
The front desk or your child’s coach will notify you when it is time to move up.
