Ninja Classes
Our Ninja Warrior classes challenge kids to build strength, agility, and confidence through obstacle training. From Lil Ninja to Advanced, students jump, climb, swing, balance, and roll while learning flips, tricks, and safe landings. Each class builds coordination, control, and focus—fun and great for kids.
What They'll Learn
Our Ninja classes teach a variety of fun and challenging skills that build strength, coordination, and confidence
- Flips: Front flips, back flips, side flips
- Vaults: Kong vaults, safety vaults
- Foundational Skills: Forward roll, backward roll, handstands, safety rolls
- Obstacle Training: Rope jungle, ring swing, cargo net, jumps

About Our Ninja Programs
Students start with a 5 minute warm up game, then a 5 minute stretch. After that, classes will do three 15-minute rotations, rotating from the Ninja Zone, to the ninja obstacle course (made of mats), and the pit & tramp area
Leotards, shorts, sweats, or leggings, and a T-shirt without zippers, buttons, or any ornamentation that may injure a student or coach. Hair must be pulled up and securely away from the face. Appropriate attire is required with no midriff showing. Students should also bring a labeled water bottle
No experience required.
No – students will use bare feet on the ninja & gymnastics equipment
No – ninja classes include time in the Ninja Zone, on the ninja obstacle course (made of mats), and the pit & tramp area
