Recreational Gymnastics

Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Our Gymnastics Programs

You & your student are more than welcome to come to the front desk to ask about your student’s scores! We keep track of their skill progressions through a star system to help us know when each student is ready to move up to the next level.

Not at all! In our gymnastics classes, it’s completely normal for kids to be stronger in some events than others – we switch up our lesson plans every month & our coaches are great at keeping every child engaged and challenged.

(Advanced Junior – Level 3): Classes begin with a 10 minute warm up game & a 5 minutes stretch. After that, classes will do two 20 minute rotations that switch off every week (either Bars & Vault OR Beam & Floor)

Give us a call & we can set up an evaluation to see where your student fits best into our curriculum. Evaluations are about 15 minutes, one – on – one with a coach. Evaluations scheduled with the front desk.

Leotards, shorts, sweats, or leggings, and a T-shirt without zippers, buttons, or any ornamentation that may injure a student or coach. Hair must be pulled up and securely away from the face. Appropriate attire is required with no midriff showing. Students should also bring a labeled water bottle.

The front desk or your child’s coach will notify you when it is time to move up.
